False banning for minging with props (even though i was playing hobo and building in the streets) the first time he said anything was when i was spawning in tree's and he claimed i was lagging the server with them and told me to delete them which i did bro never said anything to build some where else or anything like that so that wasn't the problem. So i started spawning in potted plants cause they didn't lag the server and bro just instantly bans me with no warning or anything. There was no sit for any of those problems and he was only doing it to save the looks of a players base so he was already being bias in the first place.

Why should you be unbanned?
I believe that i should be unbanned because my actions were out of pure annoyance seeing as before they had the kos sign i had gone in there and was rdm by the crip i was very put off by this, i do not deserve a second chance although it would be nice, second chances are only for those that have failed i will attempt to show more control and self awareness in the future (meanie<3)

False 2 month ban for Nitrp - ( it wasn't nitrp) i was making a crouch tunnel in-front of spawn tunnel which i didn't know it wasn't allowed (in the rules it'd be under prop block) then bro jailed me for 1 hour and made a excuse that "he had to deal with my shit for the past 3 days" even tho i wasn't doing anything with him I didn't even know who he was till today.
Plus he jailed me for a hour for prop blocking even tho max jail time should be around 25 mins and he text muted me forever so i can make any reports or talk in text chat

He froze me and just told me I was "cheating" no explanation of what i was doing and was told to "stop". Then he froze me for a while in the air and perma banned me. I felt like this had little discourse at all and i had no idea how I was cheating, I also dont know how to cheat?

My friend told me that God said "I spawned in with something I wasnt allowed to have" I dont know what this means, i spawned in and became a gang leader, mugged some guy and built a base?? Very confused.

Either im missing something or half of the mods ive come across are clueless. This is what i came across today and was told by 2 different mods that it was allowed because hes a hobo. Is this not considered prop spam? Just in general this is chaos and absolutely ridiculous that random people can come on a server and do whatever they want to this extent. This is not "no cancer rp" This is CANCEROUS RP when stuff like this happens and mods cant do anything about it...Maybe i just dont understand Dark rp anymore and im taking it too serious. Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? Sort of. I RDMed, but did not LTAP, my network is shit. That's why I rejoined n waited lmao

Why should you be unbanned? I was literally in the server for a while before I got the LTAP ban, like bro didnt even talk to me and tried taking his own sit for his buddy AquaApples lol. I rejoined after my internet died cuz I was in the sit.

I got a warn from moderator pyro for arresting someone with illegal weapons on them as a police officer. He insisted that I was not allowed to do that. After the warn I checked the motd and saw nothing even suggesting that what I did was wrong. please help me with some clarification as to if what I did was illegal or not.

What you are reporting for: Griefing, RDM, and Admin Abuse
Evidence: So for starters, I literally JUST downloaded GMOD because of my friend, This dude named Propane Daddy was constantly harassing us, RDMing, and I didn't know how to report. He killed me 6 times, kidnapped me 3 times, and was just constantly trolling. I finally figured out how to get a gun, I killed him to get him out of our building, then toxic pulled me into this blank cube room, asked me what happened, I explained, and he laughed and gave me a warning for RDMing Propane. I didn't even know what RDMing was until toxic explained, I didn't know how to report anyone, I had literally been on GMOD for about 30 minutes as this point. Cookie came to help us (the admin guy) and he took care of it temporarily by removing everyone from the room except me and my friend. Cookie left, Propane came back and kept killing me and kidnapping me. 
I finally figured out how to report, Toxic brought me and propane back to that room, Propane was just trolling when Toxic was asking me what happened. Then Toxic laughed at me and sent me back to my building. Then Propane showed up and killed me and my friend AGAIN. I reported him, got pulled back to that room by toxic (3rd time now), then I explained he had been trolling us YET AGAIN, and finally Toxic took my side, and I asked him if I could have my warning removed because he's not doing anything to help us and ignoring this kid trolling us, and he laughed at me and said "No, I'm not going to do that" and sent me back. Then I messaged cookie....
Cookie told me to message you and apple jack to explain what was going on, he just went to bed about 20 minutes ago cuz he said it was 3 AM where he lived, but he told me to report it and give him as a reference cuz he witnessed the whole thing
I asked him why he couldn't handle it and he said he's not the head mod or the staff manager
There was a lot more that happened... That propane guy has been fucking with me and my friend for an hour now
Right after cookie got off, propane daddy kidnapped me... a 6th time... and killed me again and then killed my friend.

I was told it's recommended to record everything, but i have never played GMOD before so naturally, I didn't know you were supposed to record the gameplay???
