What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I wouldn't say I have any more skills besides the fact I've hosted and worked for a minecraft server that has 500+ people on it. I have patience when it comes to dealing with random enquires/reports.  

Do you have experience with SAM? I Do not have any experience I have always used ulx

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) I do have a job but it will not affect my times available. (late afternoon-evening)

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

Assure Player A the situation is being dealt with.. Get their side of the story, before making contact with Player B, firstly have a chat with player B to get the story as they have been calling for the sit, as they are a Player A is returning to the server, I will  give them a bit more confidence in their answer. I will follow up taking into consideration  damage logs/ previous warns/bans/kicks of player B, before making my decision.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? 

Prop blocking is a frustrating thing to be able to deal with, both for the players and admins alike. Firstly I will ask Player A what the actual prop block was, (where it happened and the actual props used), I would then check the logs to make sure Player B hasn't deleted anything, before engaging Player B. If my attempts to talk to player B are unsuccessful I will seek out potential witnesses who are around the immediate area.  I will use the knowledge gained from speaking to both parties A & B in conjunction with witness' descriptions to make an informed decision on how I will proceed. 

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
If multiple people are claiming that someone has mass rdm'd but in the logs I can only see one verified kill, I will start canvasing every single player who made a report or claimed that they saw it. I will ask questions such as how long ago it it occur, where did this happen, what series of events lead up to this, what is their job role, was there a !terror advert? Once I have ascertained enough information from the players/logs, I will educate the 'rdmer' player about the proper way to go about killing people if they did it wrong. If it truly was an rdm I will give them a proper warning utilizing the admin comnmands. I will politely refer them back to the rules, and even explain them to them in a simple, easy to understand manner to make sure they know in future how to play properly

Some people like to run their mouth, I will not lose my temper with them. I will attempt to figure out why they think I am a bad admin by messaging them, sometimes this may not work, the may escalate the situation further. This may lead to a gag, mute or kick if it continues. I would kindly refer them to another staff member of a higher rank if they are online, if not I will advise they can head to these forums and report me or any other admin they feel isn't doing their job properly. Before they try and report anyone I will make sure they understand that they need some sort of proof, even if it is just a 5 second clip or a screenshot. I will never attempt to stop any player reporting a staff member unless they become belligerent to other players or staff

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I would get both side of the story asking why Player A Killed him and asking Player B if he did anything to provoke him. I would be checking logs as they all telling me their stories. If A was found to be rdming i would Warn him a verbal warning or Jail him. I would also make sure player A knows the MOTD so they don't keep breaking the rules.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would check logs to make sure they didn't just delete the props. I would also make look around to make sure they just didnt have a fading door or a invisible prop.

I would check logs and make sure people are not just ganging up on the player. i would also make sure that there isn't another player named like the person being blamed. If i find video proof of him attempting to RDM id warn and or Jail.

What special skills do you possess that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? Very good in high-stress situations, working with computers for a living, and very strong verbal communication skills.  Hence my employment as a police dispatcher.

I would check the logs and review any relevant past disciplinary action taken on both players. After confirming within logs and video if available. I would jail the new player explain why they are being jailed and encourage them to take the time to read the rules and offer to answer any questions they have about them. 
 
Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would check past disciplinary action on player B. Aswell I would check logs to see if the prop spawned time matched with the time of the report. If available I would ask if either player A or B has video proof.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?  Well i dont think i truly have any "special skills" that i can posses. I am 14 so it can take a minute for me to adapt to staff rules and commands (such ass taking sits by myself for the first couple times or being the only staff on duty) .

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? When player B calls for the sit I will teleport A and B to the sit room, I will ask Player A why did they RDM player B as hes giving information ill be looking at logs. After i get player A's information I than will proceed to ask player B for their proof/information. If player A did RDM he will be verbally warned or jailed.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I will teleport to player A and ask where is the propblocking, if he doesn't show/prove that player B was propblocking I will check logs. Logs will show me time stamps of when player B placed props/deleted any props. When there is no props i will tell player A that logs show no props and i didn't see any.

Check the log system to see any priors on player a, also checking if player b has done any damage to player a before hand. Check logs to see if times correspond to the claims. Get video proof if possible. Give player A the warning for rdm if everything matches.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check the logs of player b to see if they have spawned props and match the time they were spawned to when the report was made / when the sit was taken. Check player B's priors. Get video proof.

ok so I was banned for using props during a raid tbh a kinda bs reason to be banned we didnt win the raid and i never brok nlr the 2 dumbasses i was with did and i belive i was banned because they broke nlr and made everything look really bad like why not just warn me like any other player and plus in my ban it states "you were told not to break the rules or you would be re banned" i can say with 100% sertanty i was never told this (WE DIDNT EVEN WIN THE RAID)
