What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I don't believe that i posses any special skills that make me more or less qualified than others, but with my past experience as a staff member even as it has been a some time since, i have learned that being adaptable, consistant, and open to feedback is quite important to being successful as a staff member on any server.

Do you have experience with SAM? I do not but i am willing to learn, i only have experience with ULX.

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) Not at the moment but hopefully some time in the near future i will have a job looking my way, and schooling that will come along with it. When these commitments happen i can manage my time and figure out a way to balance job, schooling, and the server as needed

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? As i am in the EST time zone, currently i am and can be active 24 hours of the day, but if i had to give a specific time frame that i can be active on average it will be: 10:00 or 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM


Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

As the sit moderator, it's crucial to hear both sides of the story. I will allow player B to explain what happened and why they believe they were the victim of the RDM. Then, I will allow Player A an opportunity to provide their perspective of the incident.
After hearing both sides of the story, I will check the logs to confirm the incident and gather evidence. Once i finish checking the logs I will review the rules with both players on the situation and educate them both of the rules, then i will personally  determine the outcome of the incident according to the guidelines and remind Player B that Player A is new to the server and ask if they want me to instate an official warning against player A. After giving a verbal or official warning, as per guidelines and player B's request, i will teleport player B back, and talk to player A and request that they read the !motd and come to an understanding of all the rules of the server, while also assuring them that if they have any issues or questions that they can come to me or any other staff member.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

As the moderator taking on the situation, I will request more information from player A about the alleged propblocking. Ask them to describe the props, their location, the time that it happened, or any other relevant detail that could help understand the situation better. After receiving the details I will check to see if the prop or props in question are made to appear invisible, next I will check server logs to see if there were any prop related actions taken by either player, such as spawning, moving, or deleting props. Then I will question both players about the alleged propblocking and encourage them to provide any evidence or witnesses that could support their claims. Once i come to the conclusion that there is or isn't any props, if there are props i will make sure that the area of question that is trying to be accessed can be reached by another path, and inform player A of such path, if there are not any other paths I will inform player B that they are propblocking and that the path in question needs to be cleared, if the offending player does not comply i will remove the props myself, and issue a verbal warning.

10+ People are all saying the same person is mass rdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?

I will verify the claims made by each player by questioning them individually for their stories to gain more information about the alleged mass RDMing. Ask for specific detail, sush as time, location, and circumstances of the incidents. While questioning each player I will check logs to confirm their stories and check for any inconsistencies or patterns that might shed light of the situation. Once finished questioning each player I will speak to the accused and ask for their side of the story, if I notice that they are any of the terrorist roles and that they used the terror command I will inform each player of such and that they did nothing wrong and send everyone on their way and to move forward from this incident, if I notice that they are not any of the terrorist roles I will inform them that their role cannot kill or cannot kill without appropriately adverting their intenions. After speaking to the accused I will detirmine whether or not their actions was in fact RDM, and issue a verbal or official warning for their actions, while also informing them that what they did was wrong and that they should read the !motd to gain a better understanding of the rules.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do?

I will remain calm and professional asking them in private messages why they feel this way and listen to what they have to say, all while asking them for their evidence against me, if they refuse to elaborate on their accusations and provide the evidence that they have, I wil ask them to stop and they they are more than welcome to report me on the forums while taking screenshots of the conversation as documentation to help my case, if they escalate the situation and make a scene i will take the necessary steps to punishing them by issuing a warning, then a gag or mute, then a kick or ban as necessary.

alright, so let's begin I have no video proof of this but only more work I have 3 and a half weeks of pure playtime do I think I deserve the ban 100% I do deserve A BAN but a week im a player's whos on every day I would have taken maby a day or maby 3-4 days but a week is just crazy. anyways let's get to the true down-to-earth story I won't leave anything out. I saw a man building across the road i didn't think anything of it so I put my base down put all my e2s down and disabled my shadowes I look over at my wall to see a massive plastic plate being pushed threw witch later on in the sit the admins watched him take it out of my base this got me pissed off as I just worked 8 hours and didnt want to deal with him then he pushedd another one into the point were I started killing him over and over again asking him to delte it whilse killing him telling him I would if he did but he didnt I then i did indeed killed him 9 times and he killed me 3 times all without reason all threw rdm i believe idk if its true but nothing happned to the other guy who was level 12 and im level 40 but level dont matter I did do a big bad wrong and I should be banned but I like the server I would like to stay on the sever and I would like is for the ban to be redused not lifed but reduced i wish to who ever reads this to just belive me one time i did mass rdm him and i shouldnt have but he 100% without a sadow of a doubt instagated it wish you the best of luck .propane daddy

I do believe that this ban was false, Somebody was trying to raid my base and came up into the entrance of my base area with a KOS sign and I shot him twice, he accused me of RDM which I didn't do, and neither side had any proof and the sits were piling up as the mod said, and he said he would "revisit this later" so I wait like 15 minutes and decided to go to bed as It was around 5ish AM for me and I didn't believe that the sit was that important as neither of us had proof.

Why should you be unbanned?
Well I believe I should be unbanned because neither side had any proof and even the person doing the sit said "This probably isn't gonna be resolved" so I just assumed they wouldn't care If I left.

False banning for minging with props (even though i was playing hobo and building in the streets) the first time he said anything was when i was spawning in tree's and he claimed i was lagging the server with them and told me to delete them which i did bro never said anything to build some where else or anything like that so that wasn't the problem. So i started spawning in potted plants cause they didn't lag the server and bro just instantly bans me with no warning or anything. There was no sit for any of those problems and he was only doing it to save the looks of a players base so he was already being bias in the first place.

I believe that i should be unbanned because my actions were out of pure annoyance seeing as before they had the kos sign i had gone in there and was rdm by the crip i was very put off by this, i do not deserve a second chance although it would be nice, second chances are only for those that have failed i will attempt to show more control and self awareness in the future (meanie<3)

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of?

He froze me and just told me I was "cheating" no explanation of what i was doing and was told to "stop". Then he froze me for a while in the air and perma banned me. I felt like this had little discourse at all and i had no idea how I was cheating, I also dont know how to cheat?

My friend told me that God said "I spawned in with something I wasnt allowed to have" I dont know what this means, i spawned in and became a gang leader, mugged some guy and built a base?? Very confused.
