I have been playing on a few RP servers for a while & I don't really minge or things along those lines. I would love to come back on this server and join again with a friend who I had fun with on this server before my ban in 2020.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? The first thing I would do is teleport both players A and B to a secluded area on the map and ask for both sides of the story then let them calm down for a bit, I would then check logs and player combats to see who's in the wrong. taking into account that player A is new and most likely doesn't know the rules that well I would return player B then jail Player A for 5 minutes and ask for them to read the motd using !motd in the chat and reflect on what they've done.


Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? The first thing i would do in this situation would be teleporting to the player who is reporting the propblock, I would then ask for more information on who was propblocking and where, i would then check that area for invisible props or hidden props, If nothing was found i would ask Player A for any clips if none are given then i would try to find a more peaceful solution to resolve any problems between the two parties. i would then spectate Player B to see if they start doing it again. if proven guilty they would get a warn or a jail depending on how I feel about the situation.

 10+ people are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?I would check the different catagories of logs. (stun gun, sandbox, SWEPTs Vehicles, PvP Misc damage Prop kills.) If proved that player is mass rdming then i would punish them accordingly if I cannot find anything to incriminate the supposed mass rdmer I would check the players who are saying hes mrdming friends list to see if they are all on to cause problems, if not then I would get in contact with a higher up for support.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? I would remain calm and professional, and try to address their concerns. I would then provide an explanation as to why I did what I did. (If I was in the right) Then I would notify my higher up in this case being kommie the head mod on what happened and show the player a link to the fourms page where he can post what I supposedly did.

Ill Ask player A why he killed player B and check logs to see if Player B did any damage to player A and if player B did do damage its not RDM so then i would tell player B that he did hit player A so its not considered rdm and tell player B it probably was a miss click and then ask them if there is anything else I can assist with if not ill return them.

I would tell Player A I will keep a eye on player B and tell him if you see him do it again let me know.

I enjoy the ability to work alone and as a team player if needed. As well I'm very open to feedback to help better myself as a staff member.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sitting room, what do you do? I would check the logs and review any relevant past disciplinary action taken on both players. After confirming within logs and video if available. If found to be an honest mistake or misunderstanding I would verbally warn the new player. If rdm was a clear intent I would then jail the new player explain why they are being jailed and encourage them to take the time to read the rules and offer to answer any questions they have about them or the server. Also If time allows I would watch the new players once they are out to make sure they aren't here just to RDM. 
 
Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would check past disciplinary action on both players. Aswell I would check logs to see if the prop spawned time matched with the time of the report. If available I would ask if either player A or B has video proof. As well as get both sides of the story and see if the logs and stories match up.

What do you do? first, I would make sure the player that is being accused wasn't raiding or the terrorist role, and using the !terror command. If this wasn't the case I would check past disciplinary action taken on the player and request any of the 10+ people to send me a video if available. Another step I would take if no videos are available is to ask each player for their side of events to see if it matches up or if it is just targeted reporting. As well as review logs as far back as needed to make sure it isn't a case of late reporting.

I would inform my superior and try to clear up any misunderstanding. However, if they are insistent on making a report, I would politely show the player the correct forum to make such a report.

Before tping the other guy I ask the victim what happened, player A likely says B shot me out of nowhere or misclick, player B says either raid, kidnap or nothing. To which I check logs and determine whether it checks out, I warn player b if he is guilty and return them both.



Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
Check if player B used vol_light. If that isn’t the case, he will likely try it again, since he doesn’t know you are onto him, cloak and tail him, If you catch him propblocking, warn accordingly.

In my experience, Logs are very good with RDM cases, if it says he killed one person, he killed one person, I tell everyone to chill tf out and report RDMs if they want to complain about them.

I've been playing GMod for over 12 years, Been staff on many servers for very long periods of time. When it comes to things that I do that could stand out, I used to run various server-wide events that kept them alive, familiar with all kinds of different admin sit situations, and I'm also familiar with server development.

I am told that it is almost exactly the same as ULX, which I am very experienced with.

Usually Monday - Wednesday I'm free for most of the day, Thursday - Sunday I work and do school stuff, I can sometimes be online during the day on those days, but I'm most active during the night, usually from 11pm - 4am EST.


Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

The first step to most admin sits is to check logs, and depending on the logging addon, some can not only show who kills who, but also who shot first, and how much damage was done between the fight. But in this case, I'll just assume it only shows who killed who. The first thing is to get the story from both sides, then if nothing special comes from it, and it just sounds like it was an accident, or even on purpose, give player A a warning, potential jail time, and be on with our day.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

This situation can have two potential causes, scenario A is the person simply deleted everything when they got word of an admin being called, so I would check logs to see if they were spawning the props used to prop block. Scenario B is that they made the props invisible, in which case I can just hover my crosshair over the area and see if their name is on the props, to which I will delete them quickly (if my rank allows me to).

The likely situation regarding this is that the mass RDMer is changing their name multiple times, but the obvious hint is the killfeed, if I see someone just mowing down everyone, it'll be hard to miss when the killfeed is being spammed. The player will be of course, questioned on why they're doing it, but in most cases, they will either just mic spam, stay silent, or try and kill me, to which I will swiftly ban them for as long as I am able.

Simply ignore them, as that kind of toxicity isn't worth giving into. Wait for them to make a report on the forums, and allow the people of the server to decide if they support it or not.
