Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? tell player A that player B is not propblocking and if they believe they are i will ask them to show me for further investigation

I ask Player A If he undid all of his props and check logs if he did. if he lies about undoing his props i warn him for prop-blocking. although if he wasn't lying i close the report.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
First, I would explain the rules of the sit. Second, I would determine the minge levels of both participants. If a player is minging I would freeze them. Third, I would ask the reporting player for their side of the story, unimpeded. If the accused interrupts I would ask them to stop, then gag them if it continues. Then I would switch the roles and ask the accuser for their side of the story. The same rules apply. I would check the logs to confirm RDM and then warn/jail the offender if the reporting player requests so, and would also encourage the punished player to check !motd for the rules on the server.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
First, I would ask the reporting player if he has a clip or a screenshot of the propblock. If he does I would warn the offending player for propblock. If no evidence is provided then I would check the logs for any prop spawns. After checking the logs I would tp the player and ask why they propblocked if the logs say that props were placed down. If the player is in the logs but not in the server I would warn them for LTAP and propblock using their STEAM ID. If the player is on I would encourage them to read the !motd.

I would ask the reporting players to submit videos or photos to me for review. If no evidence is brought to me, I would go off of what the logs say and bring the reporter and the RDMer to a sit and listen to both sides of their story.  If the reporters are unhappy with the results I would ask a higher-up staff member for assistance on what to do. I would rather ask someone with more knowledge than me what to do in an unfamiliar situation than try to wing it and potentially ruin all parties' RP experience.

I would do a couple of things. Firstly I would not respond to the insult directly and would ignore it. Arguing with players while on staff is immature and would only add fuel to the fire. Second, I would ask them privately if they need help submitting a report and link them to the forums. I would then ask if they need any help from me and I would leave them alone. Ultimately since I am involved in the situation, I would want another staff to handle it as it would not be fair for me to handle my own internal affairs. 

Basically, me and Harry Greg we're party raiding the bank/vault, we grabbed money bags and went off for a second came back and Nipixel noclipped in the vault and put ALL of the money bags we got left back in the vault, mind you we didn't advert over and he didn't ask us. His justified reason right now is, "You can make like that amount of money easy." which I can't.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? -- wasn't accused of anything, wasn't given a proper reason, I had followed his directions when he told me to only buy shipments in one spot rather than throughout the map.

Why should you be unbanned? -- There wasn't any stated reason for the ban as well as it being an overreach and overreaction on his part since he told me to keep all my shipments in one spot and then proceeded to ban me while I was adhering to his guidelines on buying shipments.

--Verify that looks aren't deceiving, there may be invisible props if there indeed aren't any props.
  Check the logs to see if player B has been spawning props/deleting props (if unable to access logs attempt to get an admission of guilt from Player B).
  If there aren't any props, Player B hasn't been spawning or deleting any props and hasn't admitted guilt and it's down to a he said she said with no other witnesses I would have to simply explain there isn't any evidence supporting Player A's claim and ask them both to avoid negative interactions with each other in the future.

   ask for his side of the story, appropriately bring in more of the involved players to get more information.

If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? Lots of servers but all of which are shut down since it's been a few years. A few I remember are TonysRP, SleekGamers, Buttsniffs, FreeRP. I was Super Admin on TonysRP and co-owner for SleekGamers Jailbreak and Owner/coder of SleekGamers DarkRP. Moderator on Buttsniffs and Admin on FreeRP. 

What special skills do you possess that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I am mature, I keep my cool, I'm an experienced staff member with over 3,000 hours on Gmod. I can be very active. I also type roughly 140 wpm.

Ask Player B what happened and get their side of the story then ask Player A for their side of the story. If RDM is confirmed and it's their first offense, I will !warn Player A. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check the logs to see if he deleted any then scan the area for any invisible props. If he's found to be guilty of propblock, I would delete his props then warn him not to do it again. 

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? Talk to that one person and the suspect to figure out if it was rdm. Continue to talk to the 10+ accusers to get a better understanding of the situation and why they're all saying he's mass rdming if it was only 1 kill. Chances could be he's shooting a lot of people but only managed to rdm 1 person.
