Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? False. either it did it because i was doing legit bhops or because i shot 3 people in a short time

Why should you be unbanned? i play like everyday and have little warns. Never used cheats in a game either.

Evidence: I did not record but NCRP Story Teller issued the warn and STEAM_0:0:196108811 requested it. What happened was i was showing my friend dupes i had made and then Skitzo(STEAM_0:0:196108811) 'raided' my 'base' and killed me. i deleted the dupe since the person i was showing it to died I removed the dupe that had been up for likely less then 30 seconds and Skitzo reported me for FailRP despite me having nothing inside of the 'Base'. here is what he 'raided':

I have read through the MOTD many times and have a deep understanding of the rules and what is rule breaking and what is not. with the very vague way the MOTD describes WHAT a base is. A base described by the MOTD/staff mentioning unwritten rules;Fading Door, Purchased World Door, KOS sign line etc. this structure has no fading doors, i did not purchase the door to my side, and i had no KOS signs lines etc up. because i was simply showing my friend my dupes i had made. during the sit Skitzo continued to speak over me when i was trying to defend my point by saying over and over "just warn him its failRP", "he deleted his base just warn". My "Base" had nothing in it or outside of it. it had been up for less then 30 seconds. I was playing Mayor at the time so it cant be a base anyways since i cannot base outside of the PD.

All I want is for the warn to be removed and maybe someone to speak with Skitzo because it was a clear he was being a Minge to request i was warned for something so petty. the structure was not a defined base and i had no bitminers etc to steal from it. so deleting the structure didnt change anything other then its existance.

most normally when you go against him in any way he gets salty about it. This clip here I do not believe is ok for what he said but other times, if you do anything to him he will target raid/mug/kidnap one time which isn't a bad thing really. just salty or superiority complex. despite it, all staffs off duty shouldn't really say things like this. They know the rules and Toxic should have known I was in full right to arrest.

Proxy raided my base clearly using godmode, thirdperson noclip for seeing into my base, or some sort of wall hacks. There are multiple times in the video you can see his suspicious behavior, plus he admits to using godmode. You can clearly see me shoot him multiple times and he does not die. I have a fading door window that fades when I shoot at it via a damage detector (wiremod), which is why he cannot shoot me unless I am shooting at him. 


I shoot him multiple times and he does not die. Banana does not do anything but close the report once I report him. There is also multiple times he has sexually harassed me, looked at my steam profile to find out information that does not pertain to roleplay on the server and taunt me. The first time I did not record but after he had an unofficial warning he continued to sexually harass me for which I have proof now. I have multiple players and admins who will back me up on this and say that he is a corrupt staff member and should be demoted. Proxy is also known to cloak himself with staff powers, noclip into people's bases to see what they look like, then change to an elite raider and raid them. This guy does not need to be an administrator, along with a few others...

Also if you look at his Steam profile, you can see he has multiple VAC bans on record. Clearly a cheater. Skip to 3:13 to see him admit to cheating.

Make a rule where if you are in a Gang war, no participants of the gang war can hide in Building areas to hide from death. If i were to spray into a building base i risk getting an RDM warn

There is an addon by the same guy who made the weed mod that allows you to make Pizza. I think it would be a cool idea to add it so that the pizza delivery job can be expanded upon. Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? Nope it was not false, though I don't think I should get perm banned its really up to you I just want to get back on this server its one of my favorites, actually its the server that I have the most playtime on

Why should you be unbanned? Well honestly I don't have the choice of being unbanned if I want to, I can just hope to get unbanned, so the answer is truly yours, I wish to be unbanned but I can't confirm that, but I just really love this server its my favorite server out there and I just love to play on it all the time I'm sorry for money crate glitching I won't do it again if I get unbanned, Thank you for reading my ban appeal.
