Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?: I would take Player A's ticket and teleport both players to an admin sit and listen to both players' side of the story, When told that Player A "RDM'ed" I would check the logs if this was true. If Player A did in fact RDM Player B and Player A has no prior offenses to this sit, I would issue a verbal warning, if they have prior offenses (such as RDM'ing someone before this) I would issue a warning to Player A and ask him/her not to do it again and return both players to their original places.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?: I would tp both players to an admin sit, ask what's happening and listen to both players side of the story, I would then check to logs (if available) to see if prop blocking did take place, if it did I would warn Player B and tell him not to do it again and compensate Player A for anything lost and return both players.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?: I would speak to all the players individually and get their side of the story as well as the "offending player" I would then check the logs to see if the player actually commited Mass RDM, if not then I would tp the entire party to talk things out in an admin sit, if he did I would take the appropriate action based on the offense.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do?: I would ask them politely to stop, if they persist, I would tp them to a sit and talk to them 1on1 about their problems with me, and work to fix whatever problems they may have with me and ask them for their "proof" of my "wrong doings"

Check if Player A Has a clip. But then after spectate Player B too make sure if its true or not

 - I have been using a very similar set of skills for a long time as a judge for Konami in YuGiOh for years. Many elements of sits seem identical to how a "sit" in a YuGiOh event would play out. 

•   Engaging players with a sunny disposition as to not anger escalate a situation. 
  
•   Listening intently to grasp both sides of a story.
  
•   Repeating the scenario back to the players to help solidify the telling.
  
•   Analyzing the board-state and cross referencing that with the story given by both players. 
  
•   Then giving a just and impartial ruling on the facts and curing the ruling.
  These skills have gotten me to great heights in judging and I am sure will help as a member of staff.

I staffed for a DarkRP server called XenoRP for half a year, and in that time I got up to a normal Moderator rank.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?
I believe that I'm mature and quick on my feet. I'm capable of interpreting and properly handling complex situations in a moment's notice and can reach resolutions that work for everybody, all within a timeframe that's acceptable in regards to the amount of tickets/reports moderators have to handle.

I've never used SAM before.

I'm currently enrolled in college but my courses and assignments are all digital and not that time consuming.

I can be on the server at any time between 12PM and 12AM every day, except for Fridays in which case I'll only be available after 6PM.

After confirming through logs and testimonies that Player A RDMed Player B, I'll give the option of a jail or warn to Player B if the RDM was done out of malice. If Player A only misunderstood the rules, which is likely since they're new, I'll only provide a verbal warning as well as revise Player A on the rules. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I'll check prop logs or collect video evidence to be sure Player B isn't deleting any props to evade punishment. If that is the case, Player B is be punished accordingly. Else, I'll tell Player A that I didn't find any props or prop logs but will spectate Player B just in case.

There's other kinds of evidence that may be available, such as death logs and video clips, and I'll try my best to collect as much evidence as possible that verifies the accusations. If I can't find enough evidence, I'll only spectate the accused player.

I obviously wouldn't punish them, I appreciate criticism. If he has a gripe about a specific incident, I'll do my best to elaborate any action I or other staff members took and try to provide a resolution if possible.

-I listen to the both sides, check logs if they are telling different stories, then give the proper punishment to Player A, since we can't know if that player is actually new, or an alt account on a trollout.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

-Check the logs and ask for witnesses. If I see the proof in the logs or if player A has enough witnesses, give the proper punishment to player B. There is a high chance the prop is a fading door

-I ask for video evidence. If none provided, I believe the logs and give the proper punishment to 10+ people for false reporting on purpose.

-I tell the player to go on and report me with the proof. If the player doesn't have proof, they will fail to report. If they do have proof, it means they are right and I deserve to be reported. Power abusing is a huge no for me, and I will accept any punishment if I ever end up abusing power.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Assess the situation and try to make both parties have a good outcome, If the new player is clearly there to just minge i would issue a warn/jail and keep my eye on them.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? First, go to where the alleged prop block is happening. If there are no props from Player A around or invisible props i would then go into the logs and check prop logs for Player A, If there was clearly no propblock done I would let Player B know that I am handling it and close the sit, I would then spectate Player A and if they are doing nothing wrong I will stop spectating.

I play consistently, most of my hours come from this week alone, I’ve studied the rules by reading and learning what other staff members do, I help anyone that needs help in chat, I know how to play most jobs, I’ve been using a laptop ever since I was little so I can pick up on stuff really quick.

I do not have much experience with SAM other than what’s presented to me when I open it.

Scenario:

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

I would tell Player A, to type "!motd" to look at the rules then guide them to the second line under General Rules where it states "Do not Random Death Match (Killing a player without a valid reason)" I would tell them to read the rules out to me so I can make sure they understand them. I would proceed to give him a verbal warning (he is a new player who deserves a second chance). 

Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

If player A claimed player B was prop blocking then I would ask Player A if they have any proof (screenshots, video records, etc.) if they do then I would go based off of their evidence while also confirming to see if Player B placed a lot of props withing a short time period, if yes is the case I would determine where the prop blocking took place and give them an accurate punishment according to the rules they broke. If I determine that Player B was not prop blocking then i would classify it as a false report and give Player A warning.

If multiple people have claimed that someone has "Mass Random Death Match" I would ask for proof (screenshots, video records, etc) as there isnt enough proof in logs to blame "Mass Random Death Match" to the person being accused by 10 people. If there is no proof then i would disregard it as a false report and take apropriate action. If the person accused did "Mass Random Death Math" I would take the appropriate and give them a ban. I would also watch to see if he "Random Death Matched" just one person and if that is the case then i would give the player being accused a warning for "Random Death Match" And take appropriate action to the players that made a false report to them.
