The amount of time I have in the server is: 300 Hours and 12 minutes.

I am 13 years old, but I feel as if I am mentally worthy to be staff on this server.

No, but I am looking to gain experience and to gain experience become staff on some other servers in the future.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?

I can handle a stressful environment very well and can dedicate a good amount of my time to being on the server
and keeping it safe from people attempting to

Unfortunately no, but if I can get training and some experience I will be able to learn quickly.  

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school)

I have school late august-early may every year.

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day?

On an average day I could probably fit the times of 9 AM - 9/10 PM
During the school year (which for me is about late august-early may) I could most likely get from 4 PM To about 7-8 PM.

Scenarios
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

I treat both players as equals, and get the story from both players and then I check logs to see if their story's check out. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

I once again get the story from both players and ask for video or screenshot proof, if there is a lack of proof i will dismiss the sit, but I will keep an eye on both parties to make sure neither of them RDM's the other or begins propblocking.

If there is proof I will confirm if the proof is valid and I will initially give Player A a verbal warning and reminding them to do !motd and like in the last sentence I will keep an eye on both parties to make sure neither of them RDM's the other or begins propblocking.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
I'll teleport to a player that was in the area at the time of the "RDM" and I will ask them if they were recording or have a screenshot. If there's no proof of MRDM I will handle the one confirmed RDM as if it's a normal RDM case.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do
I will stay calm and collected and I will inform them that it is their right to report me and I will tell them I have nothing to hide. I will encourage them to properly report me  if they have proof. I will also tell them that i will cooperate fully if I have to be investigated.


Other notes:
Even though I am 13 I have been playing on the server for a while and I feel as if I will be a good person to be in the mod team.
Although due to the fact that I am considered a low age that I wouldn't be surprised if I was denied from this position, thank you for reading my staff application.

Several other members and I have been shooting one another for several hours at that point, but due to another report from a user caught in the crossfire, I had been watched by a moderator, of which saw me shoot 4 people on LSD (Who also came to my aid when I was jailed as we were all killing each other at the time)

I was immediately jailed after killing those 4 people, where I tried to report the jailing, where I was threatened by yodie, who claimed they'd extend my jail if I made another report.

Seeing as my matter was not being tended to, I made another report, where I was nearly instantly banned for 24 hours

Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? i would ask them what they were doing just before the rdm then i went check logs if he acted in self defense i would give player b a verbal or if he came up to him and shot him i would warn him for rdm

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? i would check logs to see if he placed them down and removed them or didnt place them at all and decide what i should do from there

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Hold C' to see if there are any props, if not i will look at the logs to see if any props were spawned in

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I would first investigate logs and see what had happend. I would then ask both players for their side of the situation. Depending on how player A acts during the sit i would be more lenient.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would first ask player A if they have an clips of the instance and go off that. If they do not i would spectate the player to see if they continue the behavior.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Go through logs, and if there is proof in anyway, either if there isn't, teleport them, and confront them about the situation

Now this ban is a complete bunch of bs as I stated, and showed that the person who filed the report against me was killed by someone else, but that's the bias I've come to expect from this server
