Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
Do the usual discussions of their stories, letting them discuss it too as there could've been a misunderstanding between them that can be sorted out. If not then womp womp, so if B didn't really mean too do it and im sure of it then a verbal warning would be placed and A gets any items returned out of my own pocket because im nice like that / if i cant do that then B would receive an rdm warn / jail if toxicicity is annoying levels (a lot of new players get quite salty when they get ratiod in there.) and if A was incorrect i'd say its all fine and return them as there really isnt much of an issue, these things happen.


Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I'm not sure of all the logs you guys have but if you have prop placement logs that'd be nice. (seeing as I'm not sure i wont comment on that.) I would ask for a picture/ video of said propblock. if it was there i tp B to me and ask them about it and make sure they know how to fix them in the future. Most of the time they aren't too malicious so id just do a verbal and return player B and let A do whatever A was doing. (i am sorry for the mid scenario as I'm not too informed of the rules of propblocking and stuff but i do learn fast) 

I would start out by asking for clips/ if they know its still there some assistance in seeing it (i am aware of the name on the left of your screen if your looking at one but you never know
10+ People are all saying the same person is mass rdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
Ask around for clips as most (smart) gmod users always have some clip software running in case they loose anything, if no one has it (which would rarely happen) I would of course check for the batarang explosion and batarang related kills. If none of the above have happened i will proceed to take everyone's stories and match them up and if they all match up well enough there should be sufficient evidence to punish them for mrdm (if I'm not mistaken its a week ban.)

What is your ban reason(don't explain why just put what it says when you try to join)? Brandonian banned me for mass rdm due to a report from MostOriginal. MostOriginal was holding a grudge against me from a previous altercation and decided to fire shots into PD at us and raid PD over and over, breaking NLR many times. Then, when they got killed they decided to make a clip and tell the mods I was mass rdming them while I was AFK and I couldn't defend myself against these accusations.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
After teleporting them to the sit, I would first ask for both sides of the situation. Then if Player A doesn't admit to it being an accident or intentional RDM,  I would check damage logs, and if the damage logs don't clearly show if there was an RDM, I would ask for clips from both parties. If clips can't be provided and if Player A seemingly did it for no reason, I would check their warns. If Player A has a history of RDM/MRDM/General Minging, it would be a (kick/jail/ban) based on their number of warns, otherwise I would just add a warn and send them both back.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
First, I would check prop logs to see if any props were recently spawned by Player B, and I would also check the tool gun logs, because the color tool is often used in propblock. I would also check Player B's warns for previous propblock. After checking the logs, if they weren't conclusive, I would ask for a clip from Player A. If the clip doesn't prove anything (or no clips were provided), I would send them both back and spectate Player B for a while. if the clip was sufficient or they ended up propblocking while i was spectating, I would add a warn or (kick/ban/jail) them depending on their punishment history.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
I don't think an issue in the server logs would be likely, however it can't be ruled out. I would ask some of the witnesses for clips, and check the suspected MRDMers punishment history to see if they've done that before. if nobody was able to provide a clip, I would call both the suspected MRDMer and the player that the logs said they killed to a sit. I would then treat the sit like a normal RDM sit, as no proof for multiple kills would have been given.

I would tell the player that I am sorry for upsetting them, and let them know they can speak to a higher up if they have any concerns about me.

After finding out if they did fully mean to do rdm or if it was purely a mistake i will give the option to forgive jail warn or bribe (everything can be solved with money)
