Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
Read the report, teleport Player B, ask him what happened during the situation, get his side of the story, teleport Player A to the sit, get his side of the story then go in logs and check damage (instigator) And then check the picture it gives you to see if they were raiding a base, PD, Bank, etc. then exit logs and tell what happened, then finish by handing out punishments accordingly and then teleporting them or just Player B back 
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
Check and see if Player A got a clip of said propblock or like a picture with the name of the person showing, if not then go and ask Player B if he did (see if he will own up) if he says no then go into logs and check his prop logs, if I see a deleted prop at the time of the report/when I teleported then give Player B his punishment accordingly, if nothing is there then tp to Player A and tell him to not make false sits.

Go and ask if anyone has a clip of it happening, if not I get everyones side of the story and if it did happen then punish accordingly if not then there is no reason to escalate further

Nothing, if a person has valid proof against me or proof from someone else then he can go make a report, if he didnt break ingame rules then I cant escalate further in anything

Im home schooled so I have no other commitments really.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. I ask if Player A has any proof of his claims.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. I say sorry but it says he has only killed one person. if that one person is one of the guys who made a report I will speak to that guy and the guy who rdmd and ask why he rdmd.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. I do nothing with that information because it does not affect me in any way and that has nothing to do with the report.

ask them why did the make a sit and after player b says the reason i will ask what happend and why did player a kill player b, then i will ask for proof and punish the player a, if theres no proof i will check the logs and punish the player.

Ask them if they have proof if the logs dont show anything (and if they do it doesnt mean he propblocked since i cant see where he placed those props if he did) if there is no proof i will close the sit (if theres one) and start spectating player b.

logs dont lie, i will ask for proof and if the proof proves that he is massrdming i will punish the player, if they do not have proof spectate the player but first warn/jail him bc he rdmed one guy!

Hi, my name is Jamsheed, and i've been banned for ban evasion. Im going to be 100% honest. Me and and my friends discovered this server 2-3 months ago and we really fall in love with it because it look like another server that we played in when we were yougner and I would really like to play in it again. I dont know the exact date but 3 months ago I decided to try a shitty cheat on the server because I was a retard and didnt really care about NCRP I didnt even know how the server look. A week later I joined the server without any shitty cheats turned out that I became in love with the server because it made me nostalic asfk. When I came back with my main account to really play seriously on the server a fall in love with it me and my friends so we started playing a lot and we spent a lot of time and effort to create our own job and try to be the richest in the server. I met a lot of person too that I really like and appreciate that I would like to see again. When I joined the server yesterday I realised that I made a horrible mistake and remembered the time when I tried to enter the server with a cheat like a dumbass. When I tried to join the server with the cheat 3 months ago I didnt know that I would like NCRP this much and spend many hours farming and having fun on the server. A proof too that I dont want to try to cheat again or do shit on the server is the facts that I didnt try to cheat or do anything bad on the server for 2 months because I really like it and dont want to loose my privilege to play in it because I really love the server. Sorry for repeating myself again but I really didn’t know how much No Cancer RP would mean to me. I am asking you to please forgive me for my stupid mistake I've made 3 months ago and unban me. Hi, my name is Juul Cat, and I've been banned for ban evasion. I'm being 100% honest because I love NCRP and really want to play again. My main account, AYYY LMAO, got banned for cheating about 2 months ago, way before I fell in love with No Cancer RP. I was just looking for a random server to play on, but like an idiot, I had cheats on, so I got banned, and honestly, I 100% deserved that ban at the time.

A couple of days later, I returned on my Juul Cat account to play on NCRP, this time without cheats. I started farming printers and really fell in love with the NCRP community and the server. A couple of weeks later, I bought some credit to get in-game money (yes, I was an idiot because I didn’t know I could sell to players for way more). After that, I bought a custom job and really got closer to the players on the server; I even made a couple of friends. Soon after, I bought Super VIP and farmed a lot just so I could be on the richest player scoreboard.

And then, today, when I tried to connect, I noticed I’ve been banned on my Juul Cat account for ban evasion. I know I've made a horrible mistake the first time by trying to cheat on one of my accounts, but at that time, I really didn’t know how much No Cancer RP would mean to me. Today, I am asking you to forgive the horrible mistake I made about 2 months ago and unban me. I am looking forward to seeing you in-game really soon!

Info: i do have these guys rdming me out of no where, what i can remember Mazda and Fredrick? have been punished by a staff member but continues to do it after they been punished, T_JUS and Bebrage have been rdming me but Bebrage has also been rdming my friend that i met in this server at the time too, Koboldjäger has been saying negative things (Which unfortunately i do not have the recording at the time) but has been rdming my friend.
I believe these guys are all friends together and trying to rdm me, my friend and a few others.
