Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? Yes it was false.

Why should you be unbanned? I was raiding cuh I didn't MRDM. Instead of taking me to a sit he just froze me and banned me without reasoning nor without letting me explain myself. Very poorly trained staff member.

Not only was it false it was uncalled for, i was walking around by pd when apple jack shoots me, I go to defend myself by shooting back and dr. jxck bans me for 2 weeks with the reason "bigger gay"

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

After finding out if they did fully mean to do rdm or if it was purely a mistake i will give the option to forgive jail warn or bribe (everything can be solved with money)
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

I ask if they are sure and if they confirm i will ask to see it, if there is nothing ill ask if they have a video showing said propblock due to the fact they could've deleted the prop and still deserve at least a verbal warning.

I ask for video proof and if no one has any (they usally will) i will check dmg logs to see if the batarang has been abused seeing as it dosent log who threw it.

i will say "ok" and have him "report" me with whatever "evidence" he has and if its actual real evidence well thats my fault if not then hes just wasting time.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
Read the report, teleport Player B, ask him what happened during the situation, get his side of the story, teleport Player A to the sit, get his side of the story then go in logs and check damage (instigator) And then check the picture it gives you to see if they were raiding a base, PD, Bank, etc. then exit logs and tell what happened, then finish by handing out punishments accordingly and then teleporting them or just Player B back 
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
Check and see if Player A got a clip of said propblock or like a picture with the name of the person showing, if not then go and ask Player B if he did (see if he will own up) if he says no then go into logs and check his prop logs, if I see a deleted prop at the time of the report/when I teleported then give Player B his punishment accordingly, if nothing is there then tp to Player A and tell him to not make false sits.

Go and ask if anyone has a clip of it happening, if not I get everyones side of the story and if it did happen then punish accordingly if not then there is no reason to escalate further

Im home schooled so I have no other commitments really.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. I say sorry but it says he has only killed one person. if that one person is one of the guys who made a report I will speak to that guy and the guy who rdmd and ask why he rdmd.

ask them why did the make a sit and after player b says the reason i will ask what happend and why did player a kill player b, then i will ask for proof and punish the player a, if theres no proof i will check the logs and punish the player.

Ask them if they have proof if the logs dont show anything (and if they do it doesnt mean he propblocked since i cant see where he placed those props if he did) if there is no proof i will close the sit (if theres one) and start spectating player b.

logs dont lie, i will ask for proof and if the proof proves that he is massrdming i will punish the player, if they do not have proof spectate the player but first warn/jail him bc he rdmed one guy!
