Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
Id talk to Player B and find out why he reported and what happened in the incident, Then id proceed to see what Player A has to say like anything to defend him self. If its a valid report id warn Player A for rdm
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
Id check the logs to see if Player B even spawned a prop, If I see that he spawned a prop and then deleted it around when the report happened I would proceed to give the person a warn or jail time depends on how many offenses

I would teleport the player to me so he's away from others, Id freeze him in the moment and ask what's going on and his side of the story on why there is so many reports against him. Then id proceed to teleport some of the players who reported him and asked what was going on and see if there story's matched up. Then id teleport the person that it said he killed and ask what went on and see if it was rdm. If it was i would jail him or warn him for rdm depending on how many past offenses

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? Apparently NITRP, I was killed multiple times for no reason and I killed them back I reported them many times and nobody took my reports.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? 
        Ask Player B what the situation is because they called for the sit. If player A denies allegations I would pull up the logs to see what happened. if player A admits it and it is there first offense I will verbal warn, if it is 2nd+ it will be in game warn. If player A keeps denying allegations even though the logs show they are guilty I will in game warn even on first offense if they insist on lying about this subject.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?          Ask player A why they reported prop blocking even if there are no props. They will most likely say they removed them when I show up so I would ask player B if it is true. If they deny I would find a witness or use logs to check their props if it is possible. I would only verbal warn unless the problem persists.

         I would tell the people that in the logs it states that he has only killed one person. Depending on the response if it is negative and they state they dont like them, I would verbal warn them for reporting for no reason. If they thought the person was massrdming and they mistook them for a different person I would forgive them and ask they stop reporting the man.

           I would ask to see the "evidence" they claim to have, if I truly did something wrong and they do have proof I would own up to it because the punishment would be worse for not admitting. If they are lying about evidence I would ask them to quit playing around and just walk away because if it isn't real it cannot affect me.

Yes. I was a mod during 2016-2017 on the Garnetgaming Server before I stopped playing Gmod.

Garnet Gaming and it was just a typical Mod role I believe. It was a long time ago so it is hard to remember.

I work for AAA so I am good at talking to people and I am good at handling controversy and making bad situations into good ones.

If that's the moderator program to see logs and everything then yes but I will need a refresher on it since it has been forever.

I am a full time service tech for AAA, a part time Option Trader/Futures Trader and I've committed to the gym 3-5 times a week for the past 5 years.

I would get both perspectives from each player before taking anything further. After listening to both sides I would check the logs and decide what the next step would be based off the server rules and what was actually going on.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

I would bring them both to an isolated area and  after hearing both sides just like in the last scenario I would check logs for props being spawned by Player B, depending on which props and how many would determine if he/she was propblocking and I would have to take action on Player B so that this situation doesn't occur again.

I would check the logs and if I see that they only RDM'd one person then I would take action off that one RDM.

Every admin/mod should be held accountable for what they do because that is what makes the server run smoothly. As a mod I feel like it's important to remain professional in any scenario no matter how stressful it may be.

Ask Player B about the situation. Ask if they have evidence, if not check logs for any truth in what was said. Then ask player A too look over the rules again, give him a verbal/warn an send them both back

Investigate the said area for the propblocking. Look for hidden props that might be in the area. If there is nothing there at all, but the problem continues watch the players involved an see if any other way that gameplay is being interrupted. If there is no actual proof of propblocking just avoid accusing if there isnt any.

Check the logs for any other information that can help. Then ask the people who was rdmed about the encounter to see if the stories are the same. If not, watch that player an what he does. An give that player a fair punishment.

-It's half false, half true. I did threaten him as a joke, but not only do i not posses the skills to do so, but the joke was recurring, as i would go to him and tell him "if i lose this double or nothing i'm RDM'ing you/yadda yadda", to which i continuously lost and never did the things i swore i'd do.

Why should you be unbanned?
-It was a joke and i was not aware that the server has a No-Joke-Policy about DDoS. I have a few hours (perhaps 2 days) on the server and a staff app running currently. I sincerely apologize since CrazyCookieEater told me that said rule was enforced with an iron fist, and i didnt know that, but i'm still sorry for whatever i did.

If all checks out we can get them to shake hands, or if one wants punishment we can warn, jail, or even ban someone if the logs checks out. Kindly return both players if the situation can be resolved 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check on the left side of the screen whos prop it could be, if that dont work. Check recent prop spawns that wouldn't make sense in the logs.
