Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
First I get both sides of the story and depending on if they come to an agreement i will check logs to see what truly happened then base the rest off that.
If it was a confirmed case of RDM I will ask if there was a intended reason and what the victim wants depending on previous encounters.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I will bring Player B into a sit and get his side of the story. If he admits to it I will punish according to previous warns/bans
If not I will check logs and see what I can find if I can prove he didnt I will ask why Player A was saying so and clarify the issue.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
I will bring him and the person he killed into a sit and ask if it was RDM if so I will punish according to previse warns/bans if it was not I will ask them why they think he mass RDM'D and if there was any conflicts between anyone giving them a reason to accuse them.

After getting both stories (sometimes one just admits they revenge RDM or RDM. If nothing is admitted Check Logs looking for damage and where in the map they were shot. Deal with accordingly, A) Was RDM or revenge RDM, ask player A if they want a verbal warn, or warn for player B. B) Maybe player A forgot something and ends up in trouble. never know until the situation happens

Check logs, if that shows nothing. return player B letting him also know its against MOTD to prop block. Then tell player A i will cloak and watch him for abit and if he does he'll get warned and possibly jailed depending severity.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? it wasn't false but ltap was a misunderstanding as I didn't leave to avoid punishment I used bhop scripts and something was making me hold space and i restarted my game because i thought it was bugged but it was one of the admins doing something, i joined back and i was banned permanently.

Why should you be unbanned? it is the only server i like/play on, I don't think i should be unbanned but i think my ban should be reduced from permanent (although it would be epic if i was unbanned :3).
I didn't know that bhop scripts were really cared about because i see at least 5+ people using them on the server anytime im on? i will not use any form of cheats, scripts, advantages on the server again now that i know this.

Depends on a couple factors but since it's clearly defined as RDM,
If player A has just spawned in and it's the first thing that they do I'd probably hard warn them, encourage them to read the rules, and keep my eye on them to see if they have any intent to RP
If player A has been kicking around for a minute and has been RPing, I'd verbal warn, encourage them to read the rules, and then send them on their way

I'm not familiar with what tools are available to be able to detect door fades or deleted props so right now I'd either:
A. Call another staff member over if available to see if they could help me diagnose the problem
B. Take the situation as is. Verbally warn the alleged prop blocker and check the area every once in a while. If it was a commonly reported issue by several players, I would handle the situation as if the offender were actually prop blocking

Probably be on high alert for that mf and follow him around for a lil bit and see if the messages stop about him massrdming or not

i would let player B know that prop blocking isnt allowed and what prob blocking is if they dont know. Then i would return them both and then using the admin menu i would spectate player B for a bit and see if they are actually prop blocking
