Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? Yes, I have staffed on a GMOD DarkRP server before, I have staffed on many.

If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? I've staffed on multiple, but I will give one I am a Moderator in pac's shack, I used to run my own DarkRP server also.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? With my experience in developing and managing a server, I have my skills in scripting, and also troubleshooting. I will now move onto another topic. I also can resolve issues quickly, and yeah, I can basically solve a lot of problems, I am always available to learn new things and, stay updated with the server.

Do you have experience with SAM? I unfortunately do not.

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) I do have school.

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? I am on Garry's mod always so I can basically be on whenever, but I can probably be on 8:00AM to 3:00PM, and I will always be on that time was not really specific.


Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Alrighty first things first, I would ask them to tell me their side of the story, I will make sure each of the players get a chance to speak. Next, I would check the server logs to verify that this happened, I would look for the evidence and such, and I would look very deep, and check to see any logs about RDM. Alrighty, next If I see that Player A RDM'ed Player B, I will take actions from there. 

Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? First, I would listen to both of the players, I would ask Player A to explain, then I would give player B a chance to explain. Next, I would check logs, and in the logs I would check if anyone placed props (Player B) or any recently removed props. Next, I would teleport to the area Player A said he was prop blocking, and I will explore the area. Next, I would do whatever you guys do for the punishment.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? First, I would check for evidence in the logs or if anyone has proof. Next, I would watch the accused player for a while, and see if he does anything further. Next, I would ask the players for their side of the story so I can get some better detail. 

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? First, I would stay calm, and be professional, and I would let him do that because I can't stop him from making a report on me.

This staff member in question is as some would say a total cry baby. I was in a role play scenario and he warned me multiple times for one infraction just to get me banned and when I asked him why he banned me for 5 days. I have a clip of him warning me twice for no reason. For a server called no cancer its quite ironic this cretin is staff.

Here to report MOD Not a Staff Member for what is no longer perceived, but actual bias.  Constantly warns and jails me for nothing, including just now when I was warned for RDM from a player who I killed for trying to kidnap me, yet when I file an actual report, it just gets swept under the rug, and he constantly tells me how I'm a terrible person, and how I'm a minge, and this is why I play the way I do, because of this kind of BS bias, and I'm tired of being treated like crap by MOD's who have some kind of grudge

A: I would check the logs, and check both P-A, and P-B for evidence. If neither have video proof, I would have to choose who is right based on the logs and testimonies of both parties.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

A: I'd asked P-A for video evidence OR screenshots of the propblocking. If they don't have such, I can't do anything about it. If they do, I'd punish P-B accordingly to protocol.

A: I'd probably require video evidence of said massacre. If I do receive it, I'll know that the person is not intending to have fun, lets just say.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of?
I was sitting afk in spawn, I wasn't using the cam e2 at the time or really at all. I was invis in spawn, I can change back or to any texture... I'm not really seeing the harm of sitting afk in SPAWN invis...

Why should you be unbanned?
What harm was done by sitting afk in spawn invisible? I could understand if I was using this to get an upper hand in raids or whatever but I was sitting afk in spawn. Also I join this server like once every 3 months to get my gmod fix. Lord forbid someone doesn't keep up with every little rule. I don't minge, I normally join to work on e2's. Check my ban/warning record.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I’d check logs to see if they RDM’D them. If they did RDM then I’d warn them for RDM and return both players.


Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I’d ask if they had any proof ( Pictures or Clips ) of them propblocking. If they don't have any proof I’d return both of them.
[ I don't know if there are prop logs ] If so then: I’d check prop logs to see if they placed anything on their base and if it doesn’t say anything I'd return them.

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? yeah few times around 4 years ago. I was a tmod to mod on a JailRP server (screenshot of proof on my steam prof) as well as 7-8 years ago I moderated for a 1942RP server. I mostly enjoy building and RP'ing and I spent too much on these servers as a kid. I'd rather shoot a shot in the dark since it's going to take me a while to purchase VIP. I enjoy moderating and get along fine with anyone even if they aren't as chill. Mostly want a higher prop limit so I can make more detailed weed shops, but I know how to handle sits and keep things well on a server.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? Look at my hours. I've been playing online games since I was a tween. I got time to spend and I could preach on paper about my communication skills but I'd rather just build a reputation on the server, even if rejected here.

Usually someone fucking around will not take a sit seriously. if they comply and apologize, it's a verb warn or jail.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? scope out player B in vanish and let A know something would be done if anyone were to be prop blocking. Then thank them for the warning.
