Yes, I was previously staff (If I recall correctly, I was a mod/junior mod) on NCRP back around 2019-2020. Prior to that, I was staff on an old server last known as Havoc RP/Indominitable with around 3 weeks playtime.

Skills + Reason For Application:

General maturity, and I don't have any ulterior motive to just hold the role to better myself or make my own experience "more fun". I have 1350+ hours in Garry's Mod and at least 1k+< of those are dedicated to DarkRP. I genuinely care to continue preserving the game mode for future players, I want the formative experience I had playing GMod to be found with the next generation of PC gamers. I hold a concern with the Garry's Mod essentially being the source of 2spooky4me ARGs, Nextbot trash, and skibidy toilet youtube filth. With the rise of FiveM, a lot of players are returning to RP style games, and I want to help moderate the server I've returned to for the longest.

SAM Experience: 

Previously decent, but it's been upwards of 3-4 years since I was committed to using it, I can pick it up easily and quickly, and I should still have a screenshot (hopefully) somewhere of the essentials.

Commitments and general activity:

Yes, I work full time and do classes, I'd like to help in a more non-committal role, late/overnight MST is when I tend to be active, and when most mods are not - I can help tackle any minge/RDMing/general administrative needs overnight, or in my free time during the day. I have no expectations of when I can absolutely be on, I am on when I'm on. 


Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
After pulling them both, I'd ask player B their recollection of the event. A returning player is usually going to be more trustworthy of the two. Then I'll ask A their recollection/reasoning for the kill. If it's found to truly be an RDM and not anything more/less malicious, I'll issue a warning. 
However, if it becomes he said/she said, I'll easily review the logs to see what'd occurred and act more exact.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

Immediately review logs for any props being spawned in succession, if there is + it's all the same prop and there's not a base to match, it's more that likely they were indeed prop blocking. To be sure, I'd ask both players what had happened, as it could've been a misunderstanding and I don't want to diminish either player's experience.

I'd likely review the damage logs to see if it was an attempted MassRDM, if so, act accordingly. If there's no sign of that, I'd pull the person who was killed, ask them what had happened (since they'd be the most concrete source of what occurred) and see if it matches the culprits story.

If there's absolutely signs of something like that happening, that's on me, I can only be humble and accept their opinion and whatever proof they have. If I did something that just offended them, I'll give my apologies and make it up however I can. If they're falsifying info however, I'll absolutely stand my ground and give my counterpoint, I'm a grown adult and have no reason to bullshit that for the giggles. What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? im usually active the most during the night at like anytime from 6 pm till 6 am. But I get on always during the morning and day aswell just more active towards night time.

Ask for both sides of what happened and what ever side breaks the rules then i would warn whoever is in the wrong and if they continue then warns then leads to a kick.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Ask Player A to take me where it is at then check player B's props.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? Speak to all of the reporters individually then check the logs and see if the player is actually MASSRDMing.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? Explain what I am doing and then if he wants to if he thinks its admin he can talk to a higher up i guess I dont really know.

I have great talking skills, i am good with understanding both views from both parties, and i know ill make a great cut caus for one.., garrys mod brings out the little kid in me, and two, its just garrys mod!!!

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? i ask player B what happened to him, and where abouts was this incident, i then proceed to ask if he has proof, ( or i can just check the logs ) and once i hear is part of the story, ill then freeze him, and bring PLAYER A into the room, and freeze him and ask his side of the story and get it all figured out. if anyone wants to fight or argue or make it worse/deeper than it already is, then ill issue a warning / and or kick the player for an hour / longer if needed.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?  As An active mod on duty, ill check his base to make sure everything is okay and not breaking any rules, and if there is prop blocking, ill make sure to have it removed /and or the player

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?: I would take Player A's ticket and teleport both players to an admin sit and listen to both players' side of the story, When told that Player A "RDM'ed" I would check the logs if this was true. If Player A did in fact RDM Player B and Player A has no prior offenses to this sit, I would issue a verbal warning, if they have prior offenses (such as RDM'ing someone before this) I would issue a warning to Player A and ask him/her not to do it again and return both players to their original places.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?: I would tp both players to an admin sit, ask what's happening and listen to both players side of the story, I would then check to logs (if available) to see if prop blocking did take place, if it did I would warn Player B and tell him not to do it again and compensate Player A for anything lost and return both players.

What do you do?: I would speak to all the players individually and get their side of the story as well as the "offending player" I would then check the logs to see if the player actually commited Mass RDM, if not then I would tp the entire party to talk things out in an admin sit, if he did I would take the appropriate action based on the offense.

 - I have been using a very similar set of skills for a long time as a judge for Konami in YuGiOh for years. Many elements of sits seem identical to how a "sit" in a YuGiOh event would play out. 

•   Engaging players with a sunny disposition as to not anger escalate a situation. 
  
•   Listening intently to grasp both sides of a story.
  
•   Repeating the scenario back to the players to help solidify the telling.
  
•   Analyzing the board-state and cross referencing that with the story given by both players. 
  
•   Then giving a just and impartial ruling on the facts and curing the ruling.
  These skills have gotten me to great heights in judging and I am sure will help as a member of staff.

I believe that I'm mature and quick on my feet. I'm capable of interpreting and properly handling complex situations in a moment's notice and can reach resolutions that work for everybody, all within a timeframe that's acceptable in regards to the amount of tickets/reports moderators have to handle.

I'm currently enrolled in college but my courses and assignments are all digital and not that time consuming.

After confirming through logs and testimonies that Player A RDMed Player B, I'll give the option of a jail or warn to Player B if the RDM was done out of malice. If Player A only misunderstood the rules, which is likely since they're new, I'll only provide a verbal warning as well as revise Player A on the rules. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I'll check prop logs or collect video evidence to be sure Player B isn't deleting any props to evade punishment. If that is the case, Player B is be punished accordingly. Else, I'll tell Player A that I didn't find any props or prop logs but will spectate Player B just in case.

There's other kinds of evidence that may be available, such as death logs and video clips, and I'll try my best to collect as much evidence as possible that verifies the accusations. If I can't find enough evidence, I'll only spectate the accused player.

-I listen to the both sides, check logs if they are telling different stories, then give the proper punishment to Player A, since we can't know if that player is actually new, or an alt account on a trollout.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

-Check the logs and ask for witnesses. If I see the proof in the logs or if player A has enough witnesses, give the proper punishment to player B. There is a high chance the prop is a fading door
