Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I would check logs, ask for a clip. With my total information gathered I would end the sit with a warning or jailtime.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would ask for a clip of the PropBlocking.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I would ask for a clip, depending on the clips I would jailtime for 1x RDM or ban for MRDM

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do. I would make sure he knows how to get to the forums, continue to do and be my best.

After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? - Ask player A, why he killed player B, ask player B what happened, seperate the two and ask player A what happened. ask them both for proof, if neither of them do then I check logs and go from there. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? - If a player accuses another player of prop blocking I would ask for video evidence, If they could not supply any evidence I would move on.

If there was no video proof, or proof in the logs I would verbally warn the players for false reporting.

What do you do - Gladly welcome the criticism, offer them a solution of asking for a higher up staff member to settle their issue, and invite them to take up their problems with someone more qualified.

It wasnt false, I was accused of telling someone to kill theirself.

Why should you be unbanned?
This guy is constantly harassing me, he just recently got permanently banned because he kept greifing my base and destroying my printers with fire. He told me multiple times that I am worthless and that I should kill myself. I told him to kill himself in referance to a sit, but I dont think anyone should actually take their life I was just heated because this guy is continuously lying to staff to try to get me in trouble. I have multiple clips of him just straight minging and harassing me.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? This ban is false. Reason why I think it is false is because as stated from crqsi is I used elemental ammo on someones base and blew up their printers. I never did this. I used elemental ammo on my base only. I was told by a person who was an admin before than quote "It isn't a ban unless I have been told to stop several times" to which I never been told to not use it. I would also like to say that I believe there is no proof against me using elemental ammo on someone elses base.
Why should you be unbanned? Why I should be unbanned is stated above; I also should be unbanned due to the fact that I am allowed to use elemental ammo on MY bases. (which I did.)

NEOW came by and stole them as a pizza man (a class that states it cannot do anything illegal in its description, i.e, stealing)
He ran off and I killed him (because he stole from me)
NEOW called a sit for rdm, I explained the sequence of events as he sat there with my stolen gun in his hand

Alrighty first things first, I would ask them to tell me their side of the story, I will make sure each of the players get a chance to speak. Next, I would check the server logs to verify that this happened, I would look for the evidence and such, and I would look very deep, and check to see any logs about RDM. Alrighty, next If I see that Player A RDM'ed Player B, I will take actions from there. 

Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? First, I would listen to both of the players, I would ask Player A to explain, then I would give player B a chance to explain. Next, I would check logs, and in the logs I would check if anyone placed props (Player B) or any recently removed props. Next, I would teleport to the area Player A said he was prop blocking, and I will explore the area. Next, I would do whatever you guys do for the punishment.

This staff member in question is as some would say a total cry baby. I was in a role play scenario and he warned me multiple times for one infraction just to get me banned and when I asked him why he banned me for 5 days. I have a clip of him warning me twice for no reason. For a server called no cancer its quite ironic this cretin is staff.
