yes is crying for admins to ban us for (harassment) and keeps on baiting our friends to raid him short story is i was on went up to him trying to be all nice and talk to him he had no build sign didnt even buy the doors i go in he buys the doors and gets out a stun gun i kill him and reports me for (harassment) then he finds me starts talking shit and im no bitch im not going to let that slide so i said bet ill raid your ass again 2 hours go by he is still (building) and my friends get on we make a base and he is trying to prop block us twitce so we kidnap him twice and he starts crying to mods because we are (harassing him) anyways we got bad as soon as we got banned he is talking to my friend online and harrasing him and telling him to raid his base trying to bait my team i have proof

Here's the problem; Me and my group (4 players) decided to raid a player (RP name: notion) who was causing us problems. Upon raiding him, he complained to the admins that we were "cheating" and harassing him. He decided to build his base directly in front of us and then complain that we were harassing him. We called an admin sit for him deciding to start propblocking our base and every person in the sit was warned.

We raided him again nearly 2 hours later AFTER he left the server and decided to rebuild his base directly in front of us again, and upon winning the raid Crazycookieeater decided to get everyone involved, except for the player in question, and threaten to ban us for a week for "harassing him" by simply raiding him and playing the game normally. There is no explanation of how we harassed him and upon telling Crazycookieeater that we would leave the area I was banned for 12 hours and my friend was banned for 5 days. 
This is clearly favoritism or hatred towards our group for making this player angry by raiding him successfully. This player went out of his way to cause my group problems and then got upset when we raided him twice in 2 hours. He was intentionally metagaming with a building sign to prevent us from raiding while being AFK, with clear observations from other staff members. 

After me and my friends ban, notion decided to minge and attempt to bait the only member of our group stlll online, despite Crazycookieeater telling him to not raid or "harass" notion anymore.

Scenario

First i check the logs for any RDM and then i ask why did Player A rdm Player B.
I ask Player B for many proof of propblocking ,,if he hasn't got any proof i try to ask where was it'' if he has proof i warn Player A for propblock
I ask player was the player rdming yesterday or only today
I gag the player the tell him that he can report to this siteand the i ungag him

Every day generally from between 12PM (GMT) to 3-4AM Depending on what shifts I may be working but generally I will be active everyday

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
Ask Player B what the situation was so I can hear their side of the story, if possible check the server logs to match up and see if what they say is true, and then bring Player A to the sit and get their side of the story if the facts match up explain to player A that they cant RDM on the server unless they have a valid reason for example they were raiding or it was a retaliation in self defence but in this case with the information given in the questions I will assume it was not, and then I will ask player A to not continue doing that or it will result in a warning

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I will check the logs for any props player B has placed as they may be invisible, if there are actually props there I will ask Player B to remove them or I will remove them myself, if in this case the props are no longer there but there is evidence of them having placed them previously I will give them a verbal warning and if they continue to do this then they will be getting a warning on the server

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
I check the logs further to see if there is any more evidence of this in the past and I check to see if those players have in fact been the ones at fault if nothing comes up I will tell the 10+ players that this isn't true and I can see on the logs that in his time on the server he has only killed one person, I will warn the player verbally for RDM but I will take it further if they continue and I notify all the other players to !report again if he continues to do so, furthermore I will stay in the area that player is just to keep an eye on them to ensure myself that I can see it happen firsthand

The player could simply be upset and making empty threats but I will say to them that if they have a problem they are welcome to report me to a higher admin if he would like to take it further as they can give better support then posting it onto the forums

- Evaluate both sides independently to get a clear understanding of the situation, then review logs to further investigate the report made.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

- Noclip and investigate, if no props are found after thorough inspection then I would tell them to part ways and affirm Player B to not propblock just in case if something like this happens again.

- TP 2-3 individuals involved as victims and evaluate the situation if logs do not help.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? First identify if it was RDM. Finding out who initiated the combat first, if there was any adverts or reason for the combat. If none can be found, ask Player A why they killed Player B. If its a matter of them not understanding how DarkRP works, I would ask player B if they wanted them warned and then return player B so I could explain to player A how DarkRP works. If its a matter of overall RDM, then I would ask player B if they wanted them warned or punished (or use my own ruling depending on the scenario) .
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check logs to see if the player was spawning in big props (if possible). If there's nothing suspicious and no concrete evidence, I would ask Player A if they have any evidence (video or screenshots). If they do then I would receive them and decide how to deal with the situation after. If they do not, then I would urge them to if they see it happen again, I would also spend time keeping an eye on Player B whenever I'm not taking sits.

I would also check for name changes ( this was an issue with ULX ). If I cannot find anything then I would urge people to get video evidence to report. They could just be reporting the wrong person.

Not only to hold myself accountable but so I could possibly improve on my ability to moderate the server in the future. I would even go as far as linking them to the forums.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I check damage logs and ask for a clip and proceed from proof.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Ask for a clip or picture for proof of the prop block. If there is no clip or picture is provided I check prop logs of Player B and ask Player A an estimate of how long ago it happened and if player B didn't place anything with that time or 10 min later I assume there was no propblock and request that player a gets some type of proof for next time and I will keep an eye on player B.

If logs say that the solo person say they only killed one person i ask for a clip for proof of the MRDM then if they dont provide proof for the other 9 rdms I just warn or jail the solo person for rdm x1 and verbally warn the other party that if they lie like that again they will be warned or jailed.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do. Ask them to upload the proof and contact the Head Admin or Head Mod to deal with it.
