Evidence: I found a fail base i proceed to make a report. While I'm waiting for my report to be answered the player comes back to his base and i tell him he has a fail base and his keypad is not connected and isn't working. Mind you its been 5 to 10 mins so i cant just sit out of his base for no reason of course. H4rold finally responds to my report and i tell him what's going on. He sees the new keypad and its blocking the ladder so now you cant even get in at all mind you. Tells him to no collide it and fix it and then disappears. I thought when fail bases were a thing you were supposed to be let it because its not like i couldve raided it at all its totally impossible. Instead of checking logs and letting me in he proceeds to say its not a fail base over and over but just on the last report made him change his whole keypad location.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I quickly assess the situtation by beggining with asking both sides what happened in a respecftul manner, I would then dictate whether or not player A deserves a warn for the RDM, but that depends on Player B's opinion. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would check the prop logs and determine whether or not the player was actually prop blocking and suggest that maybe have a video-clip of the situation would make it easier to make a decision on the outcome for player A

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? This means the accused player is most likeley being bullied, therefore, I would take him to a sit with a couple of the accusers and determine what is going on through respectful deconstruction. 

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? This is purley based on EGO and personally if I know he has nothing on me I would just tell him off and move on with my day. If he continued (at an annoying rate) I would simply mute him or warn him for harrasment.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
I would still listen to both sides of the story just top make sure the new player doesnt feel any type of way. I would check logs and then proceed to give the necessary punishment either warn or jail time. 
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
I would check the logs to make sure he didn't delete as soon as I came, I would see when he spawned the prop and when he deleted it.

I would let the person go for now just follow them invis to make sure they playing the game like there actually supposed to do. If they continue i would ban them for massrdm.

Hello, I was involved in a staff sit in which brought up some major concerns with me. Whether I was in the wrong or not rule-wise. I don't think this is how staff should be behaving on any game or server, where are the standards? Really puts a sour taste in my mouth and makes me lose trust in certain staff members. Up until now I was always very satisfied with this staff team. I was almost contemplating leaving the server completely because of this incident, but the good staff members who do their job properly outweighed the bad apples, so I figured I'd take my shot to report the matter instead in hopes that this gets the attention of the higher-ups of the staff team. Corrupt staff like this ruin the athmosphere and trust of the community, I cannot continue playing here knowing that this kid has a staff rank, knowing I can get in trouble just for getting a fair-n'-square kill on someone with a rank. I get this server's RP standards aren't ultra-serious, but the staff standards should be a thing. This blatant staff abuse is not a good look for any server, and I'm just trying to bring attention to the issues. Like I mentioned in my clip during the sit- I'm not here to be annoying or troll, I like to follow the rules, I like playing this server with my friends- but who wants to play a server with corrupt staff who'll retaliate over dying in a fair fight?

Just for a little context... I was warned for RDM x2 when I killed H4rold when he shot at me through the PD windows whilst I was providing Mayor Security as Secret Service/Mayor's Bodyguard. I mentioned to Sloon how I find it weird how he was on the window ledge, I told Sloon that I thought he used a prop to get up there.. later to find out he jumped up there with a lightsabre. (I didn't see the lightsabre, mistake on my part- yet I never accused him of cheating.) They took this out of context and made it seem like I was accusing H4rold of cheating, I did not, nor did I want to- I didn't even call a sit. H4rold, kept stating that I shot him and someone else, I'm very confused about that and even tried getting clarification during the staff sit but they were basically just mocking me and kept talking over me.
As included in the clip below, H4rold was saying some very concerning things after I was warned by Sloon when I made a !report asking for clarification about my warn for RDM x2 . When I asked for a reason he said "because we don't like you", and even threatened to add another warn on me for basically just asking why I was warned. He accused me of "clip abuse" and not showing the full clip, which I'm confused about because I sent Sloon the clip of the "RDM" that I was reported for, it's in my discord DM's, I'm convinced he didn't even look at it...

The staff members in this situation were just taking a piss out of the whole situation, communicated privately in a VC without me present when I was returned from the sit- then warned. I feel I was treated unfairly for someone who does the best to follow the rules here. And I will continue to clip to prove my innocence in situations like this, and when other players lie during sits. As mentioned in the clip, it's the first time I've been warned on this server and I've been playing near-daily with my friends since we joined on July 28 and I must say I've been having lots of fun! Up until now.. I don't even feel like playing anymore because I'm worried I'll get banned for speaking my mind or simply getting a fair kill.

I wasn't going to make an appeal for the warn because I could've cared less, up until the staff abuse- I want that warn taken off. It's a false warn to begin with and I've got all the supporting evidence that there was blatant staff abuse, and extreme miscommunication between staff. You can bet that I will report staff corruption and make it known when I see it. This is a blatant abuse of power and something should be done about this urgently. I hope to see Sloon take more consideration in investigating the matter next time.. and letting the non-staff person plea their case. He was very respectful at the begining of the staff sit, even told H4rold to calm down and gave me a chance to speak when I first got pulled into the sit and instantly cussed out and disrespected by H4rold. H4rold wasn't giving me a chance to speak with Sloon. It was until they all hopped in VC and he completely flipped like night and day, warning me for RDM x2. Nothing about H4rold's demeanour and performance was professional or respectful coming from someone representing the staff team, someone should seriously review his ability to be a staff member.

Q: Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
A: I'll ask the new player for the circumstances and why/what his thought process was, as some servers have different rules, Player A might've taken for granted a piece of rp that Player B, being a returning player, already knows is not up to code. If Player A lies, wont comply, or shows uncooperative behavior, this scenario will result in a Warn for Player A. If the Player A was cooperative and was sincere about its ignorance, i'd simply let them both go with only a verbal warn to Player A.

Q: Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
A: Well with the bare evidence that i'm given i can't directly assume anything, really. I will look in the logs for the props Player B spawned and deleted recently (if possible). If said option is unavailable or the logs show nothing, i'll return both players and monitor them for a while. If while hidden/spectating, Player B propblocks Player A, then i'll proceed to Warn Player B and ask him to stay away from Player A AND propblocking anyone again. If it repeats/continues to Minge/propblock, then i'll probably jail Player B for a while.

A: Since the player has been accused but did not do the fact, i'd just called said reported player and ask him if he knows about the people they got reported by. After said questions i'd teleport the only person he's killed and ask them too about the whole ordeal. If it was RDM, i'll Warn the first guy of RDM (and not MRDM since it's only 1 person). If in the future said person does indeed massRDM and the logs show proof of his actions, then i'll ban him for a couple days, but if the logs say that he only killed one person, then it might as well be just some attempt at getting said person banned. If there is no proof, then the fact CANNOT be proven.

A: If a player were to call me a shit admin, i'd probably have just snicker to it. If they were to go further and say they had proof of whatever they might, then i'd ask them of said proof to be sent to me (of whatever i did), and in case i'd try to reason with them on what i did wrong and possibly apologize/refund them. If they have no proof and it was all just a lie and attempt to threaten/scare me, then i'd just laugh and send them back. If it's a lie, it would be the definition of defamation, and i don't think it's worth losing my temper and time on. It is also completely possible that i'm just a shit admin, i'm not perfect, so i can't deny that; but i cant lose my temper on it, so i'd apologize anyways.

I have but its been around 2-4 years ago and cant remember the server names but ive been staff on other servers and ended up retiring due to college and work.

As i said above, i do not remember the server names as it was a while back but i remember going from tmod, to mod, then head mod, and eventually ended up to admin and then thats when i retired.

Some special skills i pertain that others may not, are that i am available all night for several hours when many other staff members may not be active and would be able to take as many sits working as efficient as possible taking my time with each sit to understand both parties so that I as a staff member not make any errors. Other skills would be that i have past experience as staff and would love to be apart of the community once again.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

I would ask for each Players' perspective on what happened one by one, and if it is getting to loud where both of them are yelling i would take one to another area and hear his story and vice-versa. After doing so i would check logs depending on the story and situation being told and see who is at fault and who is not. Depending on the server warn/ban duration rules is how i should take action on either player.

Same scenario above i would bring them both to a sit, after hearing both sides, i would check logs for props being spawned by Player B, depending on which props and how many would determine if he/she was propblocking and I would have to take action on Player B so that this situation doesn't occur again.

So all staff team should go off of logs and what they see in-game. If logs is confirming the player has RDMED one player then i shall take action for that one RDM, and if it keeps occurring, different disciplinary actions will need to be taken upon that player.

I would tell Player A, to type "!motd" to look at the rules then guide them to the second line under General Rules where it states "Do not Random Death Match (Killing a player without a valid reason)" I would tell them to read the rules out to me so I can make sure they understand them. I would proceed to give him a verbal warning (he is a new player who deserves a second chance).

Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
If player A claimed player B was prop blocking then I would ask Player A if they have any proof (screenshots, video records, etc.) if they do then I would go based off of their evidence while also confirming to see if Player B placed a lot of props withing a short time period, if yes is the case I would determine where the prop blocking took place and give them an accurate punishment according to the rules they broke. If I determine that Player B was not prop blocking then i would classify it as a false report and give Player A warning.

If multiple people have claimed that someone has "Mass Random Death Match" I would ask for proof (screenshots, video records, etc) as there isnt enough proof in logs to blame "Mass Random Death Match" to the person being accused by 10 people. If there is no proof then i would disregard it as a false report and take appropriate action. If the person accused did "Mass Random Death Math" I would take the appropriate and give them a ban. I would also watch to see if he "Random Death Matched" just one person and if that is the case then i would give the player being accused a warning for "Random Death Match" And take appropriate action to the players that made a false report to them.
