Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? First identify if it was RDM. Finding out who initiated the combat first, if there was any adverts or reason for the combat. If none can be found, ask Player A why they killed Player B. If its a matter of them not understanding how DarkRP works, I would ask player B if they wanted them warned and then return player B so I could explain to player A how DarkRP works. If its a matter of overall RDM, then I would ask player B if they wanted them warned or punished (or use my own ruling depending on the scenario) .
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check logs to see if the player was spawning in big props (if possible). If there's nothing suspicious and no concrete evidence, I would ask Player A if they have any evidence (video or screenshots). If they do then I would receive them and decide how to deal with the situation after. If they do not, then I would urge them to if they see it happen again, I would also spend time keeping an eye on Player B whenever I'm not taking sits.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I would check the logs to verify that they are reporting the right person. I would also check for name changes ( this was an issue with ULX ). If I cannot find anything then I would urge people to get video evidence to report. They could just be reporting the wrong person. 

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? I would ask them why they think that and then encourage them to make the report. Not only to hold myself accountable but so I could possibly improve on my ability to moderate the server in the future. I would even go as far as linking them to the forums.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I check damage logs and ask for a clip and proceed from proof.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Ask for a clip or picture for proof of the prop block. If there is no clip or picture is provided I check prop logs of Player B and ask Player A an estimate of how long ago it happened and if player B didn't place anything with that time or 10 min later I assume there was no propblock and request that player a gets some type of proof for next time and I will keep an eye on player B.

If logs say that the solo person say they only killed one person i ask for a clip for proof of the MRDM then if they dont provide proof for the other 9 rdms I just warn or jail the solo person for rdm x1 and verbally warn the other party that if they lie like that again they will be warned or jailed.

I have the innate ability to mediate complete strangers and their problems. I have a passion for communication, socializing with players and helping others. I'm calm and patient, even if the one making/disputing the ticket, is not. I specialize in being able to deal with fast paced environments and multiple people, I'm not easily overwhelmed by others or situations.

I'm primarily a house husband. i work at a pet store on the weekends. Safe to say, i will be very active.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

• I will ask both players for their side of the story in full and any recording/clips/screenshots. If one person provides sufficient evidence of their claim, i would proceed to make a decision in according to the server staff rules and my own personal judgement with full context. If either person fails to provide sufficient evidence for the claim of RDM, i would return both and keep a very close eye on the individual accused of the RDM. ((Not sure what staff tools SAM has))
  

• I would ask either party for their full side of the story and any recording/clips/screenshots. Failing that, checking logs to see if and where props were placed. If nothing is found through hard evidence or logs, i would shadow player B to see if they do it again or not. 
  

• Proceed to ask for any  recording/clips/screenshots. I understand players can be mass killed in a large variety of ways that don't necessarily trail back to the guilty party. Each witness would be individually interviewed and their story and perspective heard, including the accused. Context clues can provide a lot of insight where all else fails, and if any of the 10 people have a different story, we know something might not be quite right, however unlikely 10 people ganging up one person might be. A large group of witness's however are far more likely to all have the same story. and that should be taken into account when making a final decision. 
  

• Nothing? Await the report and continue doing my job to the best of my ability. If i was doing my job correctly, there should be no valid reports about abuse/falsebanning/warning.

answer to scenario 2:  the 10 people are saying that he is mass RDMing and the logs are saying that he is killed one person then the other people are lying but that is not a offense so i will still ban him for a week

Id talk to Player B and find out why he reported and what happened in the incident, Then id proceed to see what Player A has to say like anything to defend him self. If its a valid report id warn Player A for rdm

Id check the logs to see if Player B even spawned a prop, If I see that he spawned a prop and then deleted it around when the report happened I would proceed to give the person a warn or jail time depends on how many offenses

I would teleport the player to me so he's away from others, Id freeze him in the moment and ask what's going on and his side of the story on why there is so many reports against him. Then id proceed to teleport some of the players who reported him and asked what was going on and see if there story's matched up. Then id teleport the person that it said he killed and ask what went on and see if it was rdm. If it was i would jail him or warn him for rdm depending on how many past offenses

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? Apparently NITRP, I was killed multiple times for no reason and I killed them back I reported them many times and nobody took my reports.

Why should you be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned because I think I was falsely banned.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? 
        Ask Player B what the situation is because they called for the sit. If player A denies allegations I would pull up the logs to see what happened. if player A admits it and it is there first offense I will verbal warn, if it is 2nd+ it will be in game warn. If player A keeps denying allegations even though the logs show they are guilty I will in game warn even on first offense if they insist on lying about this subject.

They will most likely say they removed them when I show up so I would ask player B if it is true. If they deny I would find a witness or use logs to check their props if it is possible. I would only verbal warn unless the problem persists.

         I would tell the people that in the logs it states that he has only killed one person. Depending on the response if it is negative and they state they dont like them, I would verbal warn them for reporting for no reason. If they thought the person was massrdming and they mistook them for a different person I would forgive them and ask they stop reporting the man.

           I would ask to see the "evidence" they claim to have, if I truly did something wrong and they do have proof I would own up to it because the punishment would be worse for not admitting. If they are lying about evidence I would ask them to quit playing around and just walk away because if it isn't real it cannot affect me.
