Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? yes this ban was completely false, I had to ask what I was banned for in the discord it was NITRP and mass rdm, however, this is not true. they banned me for placing a few destructible trash cans in the street which I had placed as I was testing something, these cans caused no lag and did not disrupt anyone's gameplay as they had no collision and didn't break any rule. I could not remove these trash cans as much as I pressed z so I thought it was ok and I walked away there was no admin sit and a few minutes later I was banned for 3 weeks. The other claim JJuce made is that I was mass rdming which is just not true as I don't think I had killed anyone without a reason and no sit was made to talk about any rdm or even the trash cans. I had also not killed anyone for a while before and after the trashcans and I had not killed multiple people in a short time span during my entire playtime before the ban, I had only killed a few people because of self defence and also I was a hitman.

Why should you be unbanned? This ban was completely false and I was not made aware of anything I did wrong no sits or requests to stop, I had to goto the no cancer rp discord server to ask the reason I was banned where I was told it was rule number one which is common sense which does not make any sense to what I'm accused of, after I questioned further I was timed out from the discord so that I can no longer talk.

Well my client was certainly modified, so I'd say its a valid ban.

Why should you be unbanned?
TLDR; I was using a very small script to fix my aim.

At the time, when using KDE, Gamescope, and Proton, any time the mouse was grabbed, it'd force the aim directly down.
Whenever opening the spawn menu, it'd point my aim directly at my feet. So I made a small script that'd correct my aim
back up to where I was aiming before the mouse was captured. I understand that what I did was against the rules in the
sense that I modified my client, but I also feel the modifications weren't harmful in any way.

SCENARIO:
1: Warn the new player that that's against the rules and reimburse the returning player of Lost items.   
2: Ask player A where was the propblocking Happening at, if there is no props i will check in the logs for deleted props and if he did delete the prop I would warn or kick the propblocking player for the appropriate time.
3: Send everyone back from sit and tell the person "MassRdming" to be careful, No punishment. Or ask For visual proof first if anyone has it.
4: Tell him that he is allowed to submit any proof he has, But ask him to send me the proof so that I can improve.

On an average day I could probably fit the times of 9 AM - 9/10 PM
During the school year (which for me is about late august-early may) I could most likely get from 4 PM To about 7-8 PM.

Scenarios
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

I treat both players as equals, and get the story from both players and then I check logs to see if their story's check out. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

I once again get the story from both players and ask for video or screenshot proof, if there is a lack of proof i will dismiss the sit, but I will keep an eye on both parties to make sure neither of them RDM's the other or begins propblocking.

If there is proof I will confirm if the proof is valid and I will initially give Player A a verbal warning and reminding them to do !motd and like in the last sentence I will keep an eye on both parties to make sure neither of them RDM's the other or begins propblocking.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
I'll teleport to a player that was in the area at the time of the "RDM" and I will ask them if they were recording or have a screenshot. If there's no proof of MRDM I will handle the one confirmed RDM as if it's a normal RDM case.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do
I will stay calm and collected and I will inform them that it is their right to report me and I will tell them I have nothing to hide. I will encourage them to properly report me  if they have proof. I will also tell them that i will cooperate fully if I have to be investigated.


Other notes:
Even though I am 13 I have been playing on the server for a while and I feel as if I will be a good person to be in the mod team.
Although due to the fact that I am considered a low age that I wouldn't be surprised if I was denied from this position, thank you for reading my staff application.

Several other members and I have been shooting one another for several hours at that point, but due to another report from a user caught in the crossfire, I had been watched by a moderator, of which saw me shoot 4 people on LSD (Who also came to my aid when I was jailed as we were all killing each other at the time)

I was immediately jailed after killing those 4 people, where I tried to report the jailing, where I was threatened by yodie, who claimed they'd extend my jail if I made another report.

Seeing as my matter was not being tended to, I made another report, where I was nearly instantly banned for 24 hours

After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? i would ask them what they were doing just before the rdm then i went check logs if he acted in self defense i would give player b a verbal or if he came up to him and shot him i would warn him for rdm
