There was a mayor in the server that stated one of the laws is no guns out. If there is, then its AoS. 
There was a crip member in spawn with his gun out, so I arrested him.

I was then banned for 2 days right after. No warning, no admin sit. Just a straight ban.
I'm not here to really report the admin. I just want my ban lifted as I'm not a minge on the server and I'm not one who goes around
breaking your guy's server rules.

Hey, I had an idea for a way to facilitate finding the people you need. It's just a hiring board, where you can make hiring posts to find people who will be willing to do the job.

For example, say you want to hire a guard, but most players don't just choose to be a guard because most of the time nobody will hire them. So, instead of spamming ooc chat, you would open the hiring board, say what role you're looking to hire (in this case, a guard), enter their salary (you will pay x amount of money every y amount of minutes, where x and y are variables), and maybe even a description box where you can go into more details on what you're looking for.

This doesn't have do be limited to guards, though. You could use this to find people to base with you, hire a private gun dealer for your group, or hire someone to raid someone you don't like, among many other possibilities!

The details of the implementation aren't that important, but it would make the most sense if it were added as a tab in the f4 menu. Other things you could add to this is multiple ways of sorting the job requests, and/or a sub-tab for people who are looking to be hired instead of looking for people to hire. You could even integrate this with the Hitman role, letting you choose a player for the Hitman to kill if you hire one of them.

I think this would vastly improve the way players interact with each other, and facilitate play for trying out more complicated ideas that make the game more interesting. There aren't many downsides aside from programming time, but for something so simple it shouldn't much more than some hours. I just got falsely permabanned by "TYLER" (STEAM_0:1:439110263) for "hacking|esp|lying to staff" after raiding KAustinnn and some dude w/ "Twitch.tv" in his username. I shot them through the windows of their base (which were only covered with fences, not material gunned fences either, just to be clear) and they came right back. They broke NLR like 3 times each then reported me for "hacking" because they were mad I was raiding them. Admin came and permabanned me after not even 60 seconds of asking me how I was able to shoot through a window. (??? No idea how that's a difficult thing to figure out, fences are obviously see-thru)

Also worth mentioning that KAustinnn was basing as a SWAT. No idea if he had printers because I was falsely permabanned before I could get into the final door, but he was co-owner of all the doors I was able to get to.

can you make it so players can have a chance to appeal like other servers it will keep more members if they do it right i mean people fuck up and they should at least a chance to get unbanned  and if they troll on it like saying fuck the server or some shit they will get like a 3 week ban from the fourms and a extended ban.
