Get the story from boths sides and check the logs to see if Player A has recently killed Player B, if im still unsure ask for a clip.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? 

Check the logs to see if player B has recently removed a prop or check if the prop could be invis.

Spectate the person in question and ask for clips of the RDM happening.

What you are reporting for: A moderator or multiple moderators continuously muted, deafened, and timed me out of the discord. I tried to message multiple other moderators but no of them helped me for some reason. They're all friends so I'm assuming they don't want to get each other in any trouble. This proves my point about Toxic though I think.  

Evidence: Cookie, he is new, high hatsnek, kazma, nekro, oreo, realism, rupert, snek, and toxic were all present in the vc when this happened and did nothing to help.

i hear both sides of the story before explaining to the new player that they cant rdm and the reasons behind it before explain to the returning player that they're new and to be forgiving then following it up with a verbal warning to the new player

ask for the location of said prop block before checking it out and if i cant find anything  ill check logs and talk to the potentail prop blocker

I was Accused of Doxxing JohnnyLandSlide. Earlier that day I had been fucking around saying "You smell like New Jersey" (like shit) because I was upset that he had raided a base I was in. Later on, around the time when I was banned, he was repeatedly kidnapping a friend of mine (this had been going on for a few days, despite her repeatedly asking him to stop as it was making her uncomfortable.) He had brought her and another player to the house next to the mine entrance on the map and had spawned in two bed props. He then attached them to the wall and told them to start kissing (in RP). She was still repeatedly asking him to stop harassing her, saying she was 16 and the RP was making her uncomfortable, etc. Then I told her about how I was saying he smells like New Jersey (we were in a call together), so she started repeating something about coming to NJ in game VC and I started listing off NJ towns. First I said South Beach, then I pulled up on Google maps and zoomed into the state and started listing towns with South in them (South River, South Amboy, South Plainfeild, etc) and i was banned.  It wasn't until after I was banned, when I joined the NCRP Discord voice room, I was told I was banned for doxxing.

If I did Dox Johnny, it wasn't intentionally, and I would still like to play on the server. I apologize for the "You Smell like NJ" and for any stress I have caused.

Why should you be unbanned?
Toxic RDMED 76 times. He admitted to doing this in the discord. It's in the logs. I tried to stop him from killing me every time when I left spawn by propblocking spawn. I attempted to fight back a few times to no avail. This all happened with no admins online as I made multiple reports. When the admin did come back online, he was friends with and knew Toxic and decided to ban me and not him.

I was falsely banned and need to be unbanned @skidz and @toxic were involved

 - Check prop logs if that is possible on this server and see if they spawned in a lot of props and also ask player A what kind of prop they were so that I can confirm their story.

He just isn't helpful. I like him as a player and I enjoyed playing for a while but he doesnt have any place on the staff team. I mostly see other staff members doing the work while he's online all day commonly. I think he deserves to be stripped of admin just be a player on the server.

I have over 10 years of DarkRP moderation experience, I really enjoy, helping people in DarkRP, with the aspect of new ideas. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? - I would ask player A if they're new to this gamemode, of DarkRP and if he is explain that they cannot RDM people, if they are not new to the DarkRP gamemode, I would continue to ask them why they RDM'ed this person, assuming a response would be given. And I would continue to warn Player A, and returning them both to their original spots.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? - I would check the logs, and see if any reoccurring, props are showing up for his spawning antics. If not, I would continue to spectate Player A and watch him for a couple of hours, to make sure he is not in fact Prop Blocking anything.
